Would you like to have a private Turkish bath in your holiday home?

If you are looking for a villa with a private pool and detached garden, where you can stay on your own and close to the center of Dalyan, you are looking for the right villa.

Our villa can accommodate a total of 10 people in 4 rooms (3 with private bathrooms) with magnificent mountain views.

The villa has a private Turkish bath with panoramic windows and a 40 m2 infinity pool in its garden overlooking the mountain view. Right next to the pool there is a small children's pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The villa has a total of 4 rooms, one of which has a mountain view. 2 of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed, wardrobe, make-up table and air conditioning. The attic is a suite room, with both a large double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The small room has a single bed.

With the sofa in the living room and the portable bed that can be added upon request, the accommodation capacity of the villa can be increased from 9 to 12.

In addition to the sofa, there is a wide-screen TV, satellite dish and digital TV options such as Netflix/Amazon Prime in the living room.

In the kitchen integrated into the living room, there is a refrigerator, built-in stove and oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, tea maker and all the necessary materials such as pots and pans for cooking. In addition, cutlery, plates and glasses and all other utensils that may be needed in the kitchen are also offered to the guests.

The dining area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, has a 6-person dining table. Right next to the pool, there is one more 6-person outdoor dining table under the canopy, and another 4-person dining table in the back garden. The fixed barbecue in the garden is also intended for guests' use.

The pool of the villa is opened for use on 19 May and remains in use until 29 October. Swimming pools are not used outside of these dates.

The garden and pool of the house are cleaned every morning so that the guests are not disturbed.

For a total of 10 guests in each room of the villa, clean sheets, pillows, piques, quilts and clean towels are delivered in winter to ensure your guests' comfort. Change of linen and towels after check-in and cleaning of the villa are subject to an extra fee.

There is free Wi-Fi that you can use anywhere in the house.

All villa guests can benefit from the riverside tables, picnic tables and chairs, hammock, playground, table tennis table and natural pool area in the garden area on parcel No: 11 (where the Apollo Villas sign is located).

Villa Terms of Use

Villa check-in time is 16:00, check-out time is 10:00. Our guests are kindly requested to pay attention to their check-in and check-out times so that our villas can be cleaned and prepared properly for our guests.

Although the accommodation capacity of the villa is determined by the number of rooms and beds, additional portable beds can be provided upon request, and the sofa and sofa beds in the living rooms are also suitable for use as beds.

Needs such as baby beds and high chairs for your children and babies are met by us upon your request.

Pets are accepted in all of our villas. However, our guests are responsible for any damages to the villa.

All our villas have an alarm. Although Dalyan is generally a safe place, our guests are still expected to take their own security measures and use their alarms.

During the use of the villas, guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of other guests, especially children.

All our guests staying in our villas are required to make security records to the local security units. Unregistered guests are responsible for legal sanctions themselves.

Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout our villas. Guests are responsible for damages caused by smoking.

Guests are responsible for the damages to be caused to the villas during their stay, and in case of material damage, the relevant amounts will be collected from the damage deposit.
